Which agile method is the best ?

Agile is a well known buzzword in IT for more than two decades now; but still there are organizations struggling to make it a success at an enterprise level. As teams get educated on agile, they spend some time to decide on the right agile methodology. At some point in time, they agree to start off with one of the commonly used methods – Scrum. For some, it results to be a success and for few it turns out to be a nightmare. I have seen many teams who initially start with Scrum and later switch to Kanban. So, the question is – which is the best agile method ? Or to say … Which method should I choose for my team ??
