Chapter 1 – “Agile Ops” or simply calling it “Agile Operations” is the new buzzword that focuses on adopting and practicing agile in the operations world. Chapter 2 – This second chapter in the Agile Ops series talks about the key pre-requisites to be considered before rolling out agile operations. Chapter 3– This third chapter shares insghts into an IT operating model and the need for transitioning from traditional to an agile operating model. Also take a look at the components that make up an operating model and key differences between a traditional and agile operating model.
